Sat morning and its the Mudman duathlon, which is run 8km, ride 16km, run 8km all off road.
All was going well in the race and I was around the top 15 on the 3rd and last lap of the bike section when my bloody chain snapped and I lost about 10 mins repairing it!! SOD IT...
Limped the bike back to transition and then set off for the run, before the bike broke I was in front of competitor number 9 who finished 10th overall.
Finished 30th in the end which was not too bad considering the bike issue and it was bloody tough!
