It’s Thursday which means swimming training, which helps my core strength
and is helping to prevent injuries from running. Swim session was going well
and for once I hit a brick wall about 3/4 through it, which was a first. Arms
and legs were fine and then eventually over about 3 lengths I just ran out of
energy and stopped. Not sure what caused it, mixture of not eating properly
(enough carbs) and then night mountain biking the previous night!
